Sur La Table King Arthur Flour Espresso Powder

A must for baking with chocolate, espresso powder enhances chocolate’s flavor without adding its own coffee flavor. Specially selected coffee beans are ground, brewed, dried and ground into a powder that quickly dissolves for easy mixing. Use ½ to 2 teaspoons in chocolate baked goods, frostings and sauces. For mocha flavor, use 2 teaspoons or more. Use espresso powder on its own to add a clean, strong coffee flavor to frostings, bars, cakes and cookies.
